Trying The Lotto Black Book Turned This Skeptic Around

Before I spent nearly one hundred dollars on a book that claimed it could help anyone win the lottery more often, I did some research. What do other people have to say about it? I usually find reviews very helpful. So, I began to look into The Lotto Black Book by Larry Blair.
